By using baycast.us (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may read, share links to, and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, republish, or sell our content without written permission, scrape the Site in bulk, or interfere with its operation.

Our content

All text, graphics, logos, and design on the Site are owned by Baycast or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Baycast name and logo may not be used without permission.

Information only

Content on the Site, including live conditions and fishing verdicts, is general information. It is not a safety guarantee or legal advice. See our disclaimer for more.

Membership and billing

Free accounts and Baycast Pro are for personal, non-commercial use by one person; don't share your login. Pro renews automatically each month or year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account, then Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it. We may change Pro's price with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or reselling curated content.

Your member content

You own the catches, photos, waypoints and notes you add. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the service works. Curated spot information is for your own fishing; don't republish it. Spot coordinates, chart layers and depths are for planning only and are not for navigation.

Guide listings

Guide listings and prices are provided for information. Baycast doesn't arrange, book, or guarantee trips. Any booking is a contract between you and the guide. Prices can change; confirm with the guide before you book.

Third-party links and ads

The Site may contain links to other websites and advertisements served by third parties. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baycast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including injury, loss of property, boat or equipment damage, or regulatory penalties.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
